Our aim is to be clear and available to resolve any guest doubts.
- As in all accommodation facilities in Limbara Dreaming there are rules to follow.
- It is absolutely forbidden to smoke inside the structure.
- It is forbidden to organize events or receive visits.
- It is recommended to use the supplied tools responsibly, respecting the common spaces in order to avoid waste.
- Pet friendly: small pets are allowed upon notice with a supplement of € 20.
- The use of the swimming pool is allowed after reading and signing the release, in compliance with the times and rules.
- Free use of the covered parking spaces is allowed.
- Any damage caused by guests must be reported to the manager.
- It is recommended to respect the times for check-in and check-out in order to guarantee the correct reception times for everyone.
- The use of the kitchen is only allowed for breakfast, it is forbidden to cook or leave food on deposit.
- It is recommended, for any need for extra linen or cleaning, to contact the staff.
RULES FOR THE USE OF THE POOL
Before entering the pool, please read these regulations.
The use of the private swimming pool is allowed only to the guests of the Limbara Dreaming structure and its owners
External guests are not allowed, unless expressly authorized by the management of the structure.
Access is allowed only during the hours from 10:00 to 19:00.
Please note that there is no lifeguard attendant and therefore it is not guarded. “Utmost caution!
It is mandatory to shower before entering the water. In any case, it is forbidden to enter the tub with tanning and protective creams and hair oils without having taken a shower.
It is forbidden to swim Cg bad weather conditions
It is forbidden to smo nd consume food or drinks in the bathing area.
For all those who can swim, armrests or life jackets are required.
It is forbidden to use th wels supplied with the room. Pool towels are available on request at 5.00€
It is forbidden to thro pers, butts or anything else in the water or in the garden.
It is forbidden to bri in containers and / or objects made of glass, hard plastic or metal and other objects n strictly related to bathing
It is forbidden to run on the pool surface, push other bathers into the water and take dives (Attention the heigh of the pool does not allow this and is therefore very dangerous)
It is forbidden to play dangerous or disturbing games or exercises to other guests
It is forbidden to shout or raise one’s voice, everyone is required to behave in such a way as not to cause discomfort and harassment to other guests.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who assumes responsibility and is able to intervene in case of need .
It is forbidden for younger children to stay near the pool without parents or companions.
Very young children must wear a containment panty.
In case of need, guests must use the toilets in the rooms / apartments assigned to them.
All pool equipment must be used with care and attention. Any damage caused must be compensated.
It is advisable to allow an interval of at least 3h between the meal and the bath.
It is forbidden to bring animals into the pool and surrounding area.
It is forbidden to bring inflatables for children and mattresses into the pool.
Those who access the pool accept these regulations and the conditions described.
The pool measures 4,5 MT x 8,80 MT and has a depth of 1.40 MT.
Guests will use the swimming pool in strict compliance with this regulation.
Guests use the pool ‘at’ their own risk, exempting other guests, the management and the property from any liability, both criminal and civil.
The Management declines all civil and criminal liability for objects or valuables left in the pool and for any accidents, injuries, or other caused by guests to themselves and to third parties, especially if in violation of this regulation.
Common sense, education and collaboration of all are used to ensure efficient maintenance of the state and hygiene of the pool.
Bike rent
In order to rent a pedal-assisted bicycle, the user must first present the driving license to Limbara Dreaming, therefore be older than 18 years old.
The use of the bicycle presupposes the physical ability and technical expertise of those who intend to ride it. Therefore, by renting the bicycle, the user declares to be equipped with adequate capacity and appropriate competence without placing any reservations.
The bicycle is to be used exclusively as a means of transport and to be treated with care, common sense and diligence, in order to avoid damage to both the bicycle and its accessories.
It is forbidden to use the bicycle to carry out commercial activities and it can be transferred for use to other parties.
The user is responsible for the electric bicycle until it is returned to the manager, and is also responsible for any damage caused to himself, to the bicycle, to third parties and to property while using the vehicle.
No form of compensation may be requested from the manager.
During the rental, the user does not have any form of insurance nor is the electric bicycle covered by RC insurance.
The user is therefore required to comply with the rules of the driving code.
The manager declines any form of responsibility in the event of improper use of the vehicle or failure to comply with the rules of the driving code.
In case of loss of keys, bicycle accessories or for damage, the manager will request the customer the sum necessary for the original restoration of the bicycle, based on what is indicated in this contract or, in the absence of the price list, and the supplier’s estimate, in the event of total theft, the user must compensate the manager for the amount established at € 2,500.00 for each bicycle.
The bicycle is considered returned only if returned directly to the manager In case of theft of the electric bicycle, the user must submit to the manager a copy of the report made to the Police and pay the amount equal to the value of the bicycle object of the theft which will be returned to him in case of discovery or recovery of the vehicl itself.
